As I prepare a menu for our Thanksgiving Day here in the states this Thursday, I’m thinking about my cousin Linda Bauer’s delicious pumpkin bars which were served at Bow Narrows this past summer. Yummy pumpkin pie seasonings in a cakey bar with cream cheese frosting on top…oh man. You need to have this at your Thanksgiving celebration too, so I thought I would share the recipe here.
